Recruitment contracts are signed between the recruiter and the client, Relancer is not part of the contract. Clients and Recruiters agree with our terms of service when they sign up with our platform.
Recruiters invoice clients directly and clients pay recruiters directly. After the recruiter has received a payment from the clients, Relancer will invoice them a sliding Service Fee. In the near future everything will be processed automatically by a payments solution.
When the Recruiter signs up with Relancer, the Recruiter agrees with the Non-circumvention Agreement to offer Recruitment Services to the Clients only through Relancer for 24 months from the date the Recruiter is introduced to the Client by Relancer. This is necessary so we can offer a low Service Fee.

There are no upfront costs - Employers pay the recruiter or agency based on the pricing model you agree on before they start recruiting (hourly, retainer, contingency). There are no hidden costs. If we can not provide you with a suitable recruiter that you want to start collaborating with, you won't be charged.
