Throughout my recruiting career I’ve had one goal; to secure the right person, for the right position, in a timely fashion. I’ve honed my skills to efficiently use the tools of the trade regarding social media, effective applicant tracking software usage, networking, and advanced search methodologies. With that said, I also have an insatiable curiosity and a tenacious (yet empathic) work ethic. With unemployment at historic lows in every state, curiosity and tenacity are needed, as the best candidates are rarely looking. They need to be professionally approached.
