A recruitment senior now I suppose after 9 years in recruitment all whilst living in 3 different countries and recruiting in many more (UK / New Zealand / Netherlands). I love setting up recruitment strategies, managing a team, delivering reports/presentations .All of the 9 years and of course I still love getting my hands dirty and recruiting on the front line for roles within (Tech/C-suite level positions/ Marketing / Commercial - Sales/Business support/Finance, All with a data driven and personal approach - You name it I have done it!
