Our goal is to schedule a minimum of 20 internal interviews per week to meet urgent hiring demands. I consistently present at least three offers weekly, ensuring swift placements and minimal time-to-hire. Through this role, I have successfully connected top talent from the LATAM region with a Fortune 100 client, helping bridge skill gaps and support large-scale recruitment initiatives.

At BeyondONE, I collaborated with a global team of skilled professionals to support the hiring needs of Virgin Mobile and Friendli Mobile. The objective was to establish their development centre in Pakistan, and I played a key role in recruiting talented local resources to launch operations. Although it was a contractual role, I had the opportunity to work with candidates from around the world and successfully close multiple positions in both telecommunications and technology. This experience enhanced my expertise in international hiring and talent acquisition for diverse, fast-paced projects.

During my tenure at Integriti, I had the opportunity to work with leading Fortune 500 companies, including Home Depot Canada, Synechron, Wipro, TD Bank, Telus Bank, Morgan Stanley, Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, ServRX, and Arçelik. I successfully closed both technical and non-technical roles across diverse domains.
