Here are some of them: - international IT recruitment, incl. working on senior and principal level technical vacancies in the USA (providing a full-cycle recruitment and its improvement, incl. requirements gathering and creating vacancies descriptions, sourcing, candidates selection and interviewing using different approaches and techniques). I’m very familiar with ATS Greenhouse. - employer branding; - organizational development (development from scratch, optimization, implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures related to HR and recruitment); - automatization of the various HR and recruitment processes and procedures; - E-learning system implementation (as a project manager); - salary market research. 2.
