Most of my experience spans across recruiting for executive roles. I've been part of 35 successful placement for executive roles during my time at The Big Search. I was also part of an RPO project as an embedded recruiter at Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures in Berlin for 6 months where I successfully placed ~30 employees for two newly built ventures across all levels (C-level, Heads, Managers and ICs) I was also leading the in-house recruitment at The Big Search where I hired 70 people in 12 months across all levels (Directors, Exec Consultants, Sourcers, Coordinators)
