I've been working remotely in a global market since 2017, with international companies as a Freelancer or Contractor. Whether it’s scaling start-ups or supporting global teams, I’m passionate about connecting great people with the right opportunities.

I was hired as RPO while the company was reorganising itself after being acquired by Forvia and while there was no HR department. As the only Talent Acquisition Specialist, my mission was to help the Hiring Managers grow the company with new urgent talent and take care of some HR tasks.

I worked remotely as part of an international Talent Acquisition team, responsible for finding passive candidates with various technical skills, interested in living and working in the Netherlands.

Reporting to the CEO and dealing with the HR and Finance Directors based in the Netherlands, I worked as the sole Talent Acquisition for Wolters Kluwer's brand in Portugal - Basecone. I was responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle.
