Bringing broad HR leadership perspective to this hands-on talent acquisition role for one of the largest solar providers in the U.S., I act as a strategic partner to executive leaders to facilitate growth enablement at scale by filling the talent pipeline. With a broad HR leadership mandate across the U.S., China, and Singapore and as the most senior operations leader for the Shanghai office, I enabled profitable international expansion, created a centralized HR hub, and maximized cost efficiencies. Cut through employment law red tape, navigated hiring markets, and mastered cultural hiring practices in 3 distinct countries, enabling company to break through into North American and APAC regions. Centralized all HR functionalities by introducing a management system that enabled remote control over American and Singaporean subsidiaries and streamlined record keeping, compliance, payroll, benefits, and PTO tracking.

As HR Director, I oversaw 15 schools and corporate offices in the U.S. and China. I lead a team of 8 direct and 17 indirect reports. Spearheaded a sophisticated, centralized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and house candidate data across multiple global locations and synergize hiring efforts.
