I have started my professional journey as a Recruiter within HORNBACH in April 2022 (one of the top DYI retailers in Europe). I am responsible of end-to-end recruitment and employer branding for the Stores, the Headquarter and all of the newly-founded entities of the HORNBACH Group in Romania: HORNBACH IT HUB, HORNBACH Shared Service Center and HORNBACH Logistic. I have recruited various positions, from blue collar roles ( for the stores and HORNBACH Logistic) to white collar and tech roles ( for HORNBACH Romania's Headquarter, HORNBACH IT Hub and HORNBACH SSC). I have also recruited few positions related to Procurement and Sourcing for I am also responsible for creating and implementing the Employer Branding Strategy for Romania and I am the Key User Representative for SAP Success Factors and LinkedIn.

Beside the operational and managerial responsibilities, as a Store Operations Manager, I was responsible of recruiting, training and creating teams for the three new branches of the Fastenal Company in Europe: Germany (Freiburg am Breisgau), France (Cernay - Alsace Region) and Switzerland (Villneuve). Most of them were sales-related roles, but I have also filled bluecollar roles for the regional warehouses.
