I was the first recruitment hire that GAMURS Group ever had. I was the head of the department (and the entire department for most of my time there). I created hiring processes that were implemented company-wide, alleviated the bottle neck in hiring they had within a few months, and during our busiest season of hiring, placed about 100 quality contractors in two months. I eventually was given the ability to hire an assistant and use my leadership skills to train and oversee their work. This was fast-paced work in a start-up company. I worked directly with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates alike. My job was the ensure a quick, fair, and stress-free hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Entry-level role at an agency where I was trained in recruitment, specializing in tech recruiting. I learned how to work with and place software engineers and data engineers, specifically. I had the opportunity to work with companies in various industries including trucking & logistics, cybersecurity, finance, web3, real estate, and more. I learned how to work with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.
