I was tasked with filling 2 roles an operations specialist and a legal director position. The hiring manager was impressed with the candidates I delivered, they ended up hiring two people 1 for the operations specialist position and an administrative assistant. I also filled their legal director position.

I worked directly with the COO to fulfill their Executive Assistant and Technology and Communications Fellow position. I managed the recruitment process from start to finish. Posting the job, sourcing for talent, screening, sending out rejection emails, background checks, reference checks, sending out offer letters.
