- Manage end-to-end recruitment process covering GTM roles in fast-paced environment. - Collaborate with Hiring Managers and external Recruitment Agencies to understand needs and ensure smooth recruitment process and great candidate experience. - Conduct extensive sourcing and market research for new markets within APAC with 2 successful hires. - Gather recruitment data & analytics to track success and improve processes.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment as the company ‘s sole recruiter, including technical and nontechnical roles across different level of seniority on global level in fast-paced environment. - Collaboration with Hiring Team: Collaborate with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders/Recruitment Agencies to understand needs and ensure smooth recruitment process and great candidate experience. - Recruitment Data: Develop recruitment KPI ́s, use recruitment data & analytics to track success and improve processes. - Recruitment Training: Develop and deliver recruitment training sessions to Hiring Manager. - Employer Branding: Represent the company at Job fairs and partner with Marketing team to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies and initiatives. - Candidate experience: Responsible for building and maintaining a positive hiring journeys & human-centered recruitment process with all candidate. - Diversity and Inclusion: Partner with DEI team for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.

- Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes for EMEA, LATAM markets across different level of seniority on global level in fast-paced environment. - Recruited mainly Sales/ GTM and marketing profiles among others. - Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs for different markets. - Build candidate pipelines and source the best talent according to the business requirements. - Source for potential talent in the global market by using different tools i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Infojobs. - Complete Admin tasks and prepare all required documents for On-boarding. - Deliver presentations during Workshops and Job fairs.
