This client had a marketing strategy of hiring the absolute best freelance contractors who were experts in specific fields to maximize their marketing presence. They had high spend on advertising budgets and though based in Hong Kong their business eCommerce platform targeted a very specific market in the wedding niche in the USA. I was their go-to recruiter, conducting comprehensive recorded video interviews where the candidate answered specific technical questions. I then wrote summaries and recommended candidates in order of relevance of who I felt were the to 3-5 options. Based on my recommendations the client would then interview 1-3 and be able to close the pitch etc in one go. This saved a huge amount of time for an extremely busy CEO and was highly effective for them, it was an ongoing project.
