During this short period I was part of 40 recruitment project either in small steps e.g. cold calling, feedback v phone or full-scale recruitment supporting the manager in their role to select top-talent. Tervisekassa started with a new structure from 2023 and it required fast and intense recruitment processes. In addition I conducted exit interviews (around 25), intermediate evaluations that gave feedback on recruitment and onboarding, and a small onboarding initiative project to implement the feedback from new employees. Furthermore, I started a project to map internal employee personas to better support the product and service managers in their daily work.
