At LendSwap, I led a complete transformation of the call center recruitment strategy. When I joined the company, the operation faced high turnover and low role fit. Through the redesign of candidate profiles, improved screening criteria, and a more structured recruitment process, I successfully rebuilt the entire call center workforce. As a result of implementing a stronger hiring strategy focused on quality and role alignment, employee turnover was reduced from over 10% to less than 1%, significantly improving operational stability and performance. In addition, I was actively involved in the selection and hiring of the call center operation that supports the company’s core business, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with operational and financial objectives. Currently, I also support the company’s growth by recruiting senior-level and leadership positions to build and strengthen the administrative and strategic teams, contributing to the long-term scalability of the organization. Furthermore, I was entrusted with the responsibility of recruiting a Human Resources professional in Vietnam, collaborating on an international hiring process and supporting LendSwap’s global expansion efforts.

Led multi-country recruitment across Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Spain, and Mexico, supporting business expansion in a fast-growing fintech and payments environment. Recruited a wide range of profiles including IT, Business Developers, commercial roles, Country Managers, Compliance Officers, legal and accounting professionals, as well as the Director of Sales for LATAM & the Caribbean. Successfully managed hard-to-fill roles, including the recruitment of multilingual Customer Support specialists (Spanish, Portuguese, and English) after initial sourcing efforts in Brazil were unsuccessful, redesigning the strategy to achieve successful hires.

Started my HR career at ID Finance, where I built the recruitment and HR function from the ground up in Mexico. Led the hiring of 300+ call center profiles, designed the end-to-end recruitment process, and defined role profiles and hiring criteria to support rapid operational growth. One of the most challenging hires was a Product Director with Fintech product development experience, at a time when the fintech industry was still emerging in Mexico and qualified profiles were extremely limited—successfully closing the role through strategic sourcing and market mapping.
