We started working with Shuttle in August 2025, supporting their search for a high impact technical leader as they scale their developer platform globally. We recently placed their new Head of Engineering in London, and we’re now continuing to build out the wider engineering leadership and IC teams. Shuttle is backed by Y Combinator and leading investors, and my partnership focuses on identifying top tier talent with deep experience in developer tools, cloud, and AI driven infrastructure.

We've partnered with Ebury for almost a decade, helping scale their engineering, security, and data functions across the UK and Europe. During the pandemic, we supported them in building a remote first engineering team across Europe hiring everything from individual contributors to leadership roles. We've filled critical positions including their SVP of Engineering and VP of Security, alongside multiple Security Engineers, Data Engineers, and Tech Leads in Python and AWS environments. Our approach combined deep technical screening with close collaboration across their leadership and TA teams, resulting in a 90% interview-to-offer rate and long-term partnerships across regions.

We've supported Bitpanda across several key technical searches during their hypergrowth phase, focusing on security, platform, and backend engineering roles across Europe. Working closely with their TA and engineering leadership teams, we've helped attract and secure top tier fintech talent in markets like Spain and Germany. Our involvement has included hiring Security Engineers, Backend Engineers (Python/Go), and Product Managers contributing to the growth of their core product and infrastructure teams.
