A German-origin startup was searching across Europe for a Senior Software Engineer specialized in Ruby on Rails, who not only had a high technical level but also the ability to have a complete vision of the product. In the first three days, we presented two candidates who were experienced but didnโt fully meet that last requirement. We immediately adjusted our search strategy, and in less than two weeks, we found the right person in Germany.

Therefore, we needed to find candidates with a strong willingness to learn new technologies. We presented two candidates, one of whom was selected and hired.

An Uncommon Role
This was quite an unusual role. The clientโa small startup in a niche marketโapproached us with a hiring challenge that felt like searching for a needle in a haystack. It made perfect sense, as they were looking for something not only rare but also framed in a job description that included elements that might not be particularly attractive to candidates. So, we first helped the client refine the roleโs definition and adjust the requirements to better align with market realities in Texas. Once the search began, we managed to fill the position in what we believe was a very reasonable timeframe.

A U.S.-based SaaS company in the Chatbot industry had been searching for a Software Engineer Lead for over a year, working with both in-house recruiters and two local agencies. Despite conducting 17 technical interviews, they struggled to find the right fit for this critical role, essential for scaling their core product infrastructure. Within just a month and a half, we introduced three highly qualified candidates, one of whom was ultimately selected and accepted the offerโsuccessfully closing a key hire that had remained unfilled for far too long.
