* During my work with Elbet, I was responsible for hiring a Team Manager/Solution Architect with the capability to optimize business processes (legacy systems and IT organization) and identify new business opportunities. * The ideal candidate needed to demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills, project and resource management capabilities, in-depth analytical skills, and preferably, domain-specific knowledge in gaming and gambling. * The candidate I sourced was offered a CTO role. After hiring another Senior Software Engineer, the company no longer required my recruitment services, as the candidate successfully built a new team of developers. The company owner has been extremely satisfied with the candidate's performance ever since.
