Managing 25–50 requisitions concurrently, coordinating all hiring phases—applicant review, screenings, candidate submissions, interview scheduling, offer letter creation, and on-boarding.

Built lasting relationships with staffing agencies under Barpellam to fill pharmaceutical positions, including Pharmacists and Benefits Verification Specialists, via the VMS. Assessed staffing needs using analytics. Initiated MSP efforts for Guidant Global with new client ABM, managing Eastern Time Zone locations and roles ranging from janitorial staff to specialized aviation and technology resources. Oversaw 75+ requisitions, maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers and supplier agencies.

Led Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for Chipotle Mexican Grill, sourcing top food and beverage industry talent for leadership roles within the organization. Conducted ongoing interviews for salaried store and field management positions across Pacific, Central South, and Southeast U.S. regions. Previously supported 8 Field Leaders, aligning local hiring strategies with candidate experience, regional trends, and New Restaurant Openings (NRO) schedules.
