Started and led the Recruiting department. Traveled nationwide to various orthodontic practices and recruited new and experienced orthodontists to join our practices. Attended recruiting fairs, established relationships, and administered and negotiated contract terms.

With this large healthcare organization, I started as in talent acquisition, recruiting and hiring for various positions. During my last 7 years with the company, I specifically recruited physicians - of all specialties.
