Having started as Talent Acquisition Specialist, I transitioned into Sourcing Lead role establishing a Sourcing team from scratch. While on Talent Acquisition role: - worked primarily with Python-heavy roles (BE, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science), DevOps roles - managed the pipelines of applicants - shortlisted and proceeded with top 1% most promising and strongest profiles - piloted them through the recruitment process - managed salary negotiations and contract signing - worked in a close touch with the Client Managers yo make sure they get the best profiles for their clients as soon as possible - temporarily conducted Technical Interviews (PHP, Python, DevOps, Data Engineering, Design) When took over Sourcing Lead role: - built up Sourcing as key business function within the organisation - shaped up sourcing practices upon the needs of business - managed to build in an outsourcing model of working with the clients in the outstaffing organization
