Hires were made based on client needs over the course of that period, where we filled various roles across two countries—the U.S. and Jamaica. We successfully hired software developers, marketing managers, customer service representatives, property managers, full-stack developers, and sales managers. My approach was to utilize the job description to match resumes with specific needs and qualities. I screened candidates to ensure a strong fit and forwarded top talent to the hiring manager. After interviews, we hired the most suitable candidates.
