I supported the Oncology Business Unit by building high-performing teams for critical drug launches, recruiting talent across a broad range of roles and seniority levels.

I provided full-cycle recruiting for clinical, administrative, and facilities roles at a 430-employee, provider-owned multispecialty healthcare group. I managed end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding, while developing strategic sourcing initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with 30+ hiring managers. I ensured a positive candidate and stakeholder experience through consistent communication and education on best practices and compliance. Additionally, I coordinated recruitment marketing efforts, career fairs, and managed vendor contracts to support hiring goals.
