At SHP Group, as Group HR Business Partner, I manage HR operations for the CEE region and work with approximately 100 employees. My responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, exit planning, HR administration, performance management and employer branding. Additionally, I actively develop partnerships with universities to enhance our employer branding and talent acquisition efforts. This role has honed my skills in managing diverse HR tasks and working with C-level executives.

As an HR Generalist at STOCK Slovakia, I oversaw the complete personnel and payroll agenda for 47 employees. I partnered with managers and employees, prepared monthly dashboards, executed L&D activities, and led recruitment efforts. Additionally, I successfully implemented a new benefits structure, developed a comprehensive onboarding plan, and participated a whistleblowing project. These projects improved employee satisfaction and streamlined HR processes.
