I work with a recruitment agency and have closed 14 hires across different markets. I collaborate with hiring managers or PMs to gather role requirements and align expectations. I source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn outreach (active/passive mix), conduct first-round interviews to assess soft skills, motivation, and hard skills, then forward shortlisted profiles to the company. I manage communication, coordinate interviews, support offer stages, and provide clear reporting and candidate statistics throughout the process. Based in Poland, I understand local hiring, taxes, and legal setup. I'm currently open to new projects and happy to collaborate with companies in need of recruitment support.
