Lead Talent Acquisition - Europe
• Joining a small talent team - I am responsible for owning and leading all recruitment activities across our European locations including the UK, France, Germany, Austria and The Netherlands as well as supporting our teams in India, Singapore and Brazil. • Covering recruitment across all business units including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success / Experience, Creative Services (Marketing, Design, Project Management, Copywriting/Editing, Content Creation), Operations, Finance, Legal and Product/Tech including AI / Machine Learning and Data Science. • Supporting and driving the adoption of a clearly defined recruitment process - something that hadn’t existed within the business prior to the transformation to Radancy. • Building strong relationships and partnering with hiring managers across all locations - advising and guiding around process and recruitment best practice. • Utilising data and market information to optimise our recruitment, refine sourcing channels and improve pipeline quality. • Designing and delivering global recruitment training sessions alongside my colleagues in the Talent team. • Working with the regional HR team to improve areas like the offer process, onboarding and induction processes. • Recently co-leading the recruitment of a Creative Delivery and Engineering Hub in our India office, circa 50 hires and growing

• Acted as sole recruiter for the first 2 years of this role and supporting in the growth of the Talent team; mentoring and leading more junior team members in an unofficial capacity. • Developing strong relationships with hiring managers across the business both regionally and globally. • Recruit for a wide range of positions predominantly across Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Design and more recently business areas like, Strategy an Operations • Was responsible for building Xero UK Ltd’s first ever Product and Tech function; around 25 hires. • Drove a 300% growth in the Sales team (15 to 60 people) • Recruiting into all levels of the business including Head of/Director/Management positions • Full ownership of recruitment for our South Africa business growing it from a team of 4 to circa 50 employees. • Taking a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting candidates by means of advertising, referrals, sourcing and networking. • Screening of candidates through thorough telephone interviews and supporting with face to face interviews where required. • Managing the full end to end recruitment process from role briefing to offer and close • Managing relationships with our 3rd party agencies • Manage both Hiring Manager and candidate expectations throughout the entire recruitment process to ensure we deliver an excellent candidate experience. • Max101 course attendance (Team Management course) • Continual improvement of recruitment processes including the co-creation of a candidate’s assessment platform that was adopted globally for our Customer Experience team. • Part of the project team that reviewed and supported the implementation of our new ATS, Lever
