-Sourcing and videos interviews (in English and French) on the Belgian Market.

-Management of personal business process: (cold calling, emailing, closing and payment follow-up). -Recruitment(evaluating CVs, phone screen and in-person interviews) and Training. -Leadership: motivate, encourage and help employeesto achieve, exceed their objectives and evolve in the company.
