dOrg is a web3/blockchain development agency that is governed as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). For the past 2 years I've been part of the Operations team where we aim to optimize our core processes, together with the rest of the collective. My main role is Talent Scout for the DAO. This means internal talent: create the team with the talent available internally that will work for a client; and external talent: active recruitment to welcome new members into the collective. The active recruitment is an end to end process from: * JD drafting and posting in job portal/boards * CV screening * Single point of contact for the candidate * Cultural interview * Coordination with TLs/PM for technical interview or additional members for non-tech positions * Documenting and share feedback * Governance process to activate new members * Onboarding The positions filled are always as freelance.
