In April 2024, I supported Sovereign Brands, an exclusive luxury wine & spirits house, in hiring 3 Brand Ambassadors for Italy/Benelux and Denmark. The search opened just before the Easter holiday, yet within 48 hours I delivered a qualified shortlist. Interviews and negotiations progressed smoothly, and by June the selected candidates had joined, driving Sovereign’s premium growth in the Italian HoReCa market.
