Recruitment Delivery My focus was on complex & unique engineering roles across two divisions based in EMEA & North America. - Hired software engineers within the DevOps & Developer Tooling teams, Data Science & Core Engineering. - Hired Engineering Managers and Directors of Engineering, expanding the leadership team. - Hired technical Product Managers at a Senior to Staff level. - Hired across a range of security focused roles such as Analysts, Researchers and Engineers. Stakeholder Management, Planning & Strategy: - Worked directly with VPs and Directors of Engineering, building the recruitment strategy for open headcount and improving processes. I managed complex relationships and built trust in the TA function. ➢ Team Leading My role was to enable our team through thought leadership and by setting a strategic & data driven approach to sourcing. I collaborated with the Director of Talent to identify role priorities and find the best sourcing strategies for our needs.

I worked across both Tech & Commercial spectrums, with an emphasis on leadership & “C” level hiring: I’ve led & delivered two CTO searches (UK and Norway), Head of Cyber Security, Commercial Directors in US & Canada, etc. Most has been done via direct sourcing but also in partnership with a mapping agency. Additionally, I’m also tasked with making the first engineering hires for Finite Carbon, a company based in the US. I’ve also supported the portfolio Talent teams in sourcing and hiring across very niche areas such as Forestry, and building commercial & operational teams. I coached & mentored a Talent Partner within our portfolio, with a focus on technical recruitment & sourcing training as well as building their base understanding of technology in general. On an advisory level, I assisted the portfolio businesses with EVP strategies & Career Page advice and other areas such as interview processes and optimisations.
