Led the full-cycle executive search for Blank’s Country Manager Italy as the company expanded its French SaaS neo-banking product into the Italian market. Leveraged my Milan network and conducted targeted cross-border sourcing to identify senior leaders who understood both Italian market dynamics and French working culture. Managed all pre-screening, screening, stakeholder calibration, and final interview stages. Successfully placed a candidate, an experienced go-to-market leader with a track record in SaaS, marketplace models, and French scale-ups. The candidate’s entrepreneurial mindset, cross-functional management experience, and deep knowledge of Italian culture made the candidate the ideal fit to lead Blank’s expansion in Italy. This placement enabled Blank to establish a strong initial footprint in the Italian market and accelerate its mission of simplifying financial operations for self-employed professionals.

Executive Technical Recruiter
DeepCode engaged me as their external Talent Partner to lead the search for an exceptionally rare technical profile: a developer and security researcher with deep expertise in reverse engineering, malware analysis, exploit investigation, and multi-architecture binary analysis. The role required someone capable of working across x86-64, ARM, Android, Windows, and Linux, while also producing precise, formal technical reports for government and enterprise clients. To succeed, I designed and executed a global search strategy targeting CTF communities, cybersecurity networks, and niche reverse-engineering talent pools. I managed a highly technical screening process aligned with DeepCode’s challenge-based evaluation pipeline and worked closely with their leadership team to refine requirements, calibrate technical expectations, and guide candidate selection. This engagement concluded with the successful placement of a candidate who met DeepCode’s high technical bar and cultural standards. The hire strengthened their malware analysis and reverse-engineering team and supported several mission-critical projects across their government and commercial client portfolio.

Talent Acquisition Lead
I acted as Medivet’s fractional Talent Acquisition Lead for several countries (outside of the UK), building the full recruitment pipeline for several veterinary roles relocating to the UK. I developed university and network partnerships, ran recurring local events, created the localised candidate CRM, and worked closely with Medivet’s UK resourcing team to ensure a steady flow of qualified hires from abroad and wider EMEA, aligned with the multi-country expansion plan described in their official recruitment scope
Cazoo (via BrumBrum acquisition)
Talent Acquisition Lead
Hired as Fractional Talent Acquisition Lead to support Cazoo during the integration of BrumBrum, the Italian vehicle reconditioning and logistics company located in Reggio Emilia. The objective was to ramp up hiring for key production and logistics roles at BrumBrum’s operational site following the acquisition. Managed high-volume sourcing and preliminary screening (30+ weekly) for roles including production operators, quality control specialists, washing & cleaning staff, imaging technicians, and body repair specialists. Coordinated closely with on-site managers and scheduled interviews, moving qualified candidates into assessments. Identified critical employer branding challenges caused by the transition from BrumBrum to Cazoo, including market confusion and low brand recognition. Recommended actions around branding, salary clarity, job posting setup (Subito, Bakeca), and engagement with local employment agencies. Provided weekly reporting and strategic insights to the UK TA leadership, helping to stabilise hiring operations and enabling the client to continue scaling production capacity during a period of organisational change.
