Vortex Digital - is a new PC Games Publisher that I helped find and hire right talent.

It was a long-term collaboration with the growing PC games publishing company - Wishlist Games. I was in charge of hiring different types of employees for the Tech and mainly for the Business side of the company. The company had fully distributed team with employees located in different Eastern-European countries. I searched for candidates onto the new positions, interviewed them, managed all the hiring and interviewing process collaborating with the CEO of the company + with the C-level managers. It was interesting and very productive collaboration.

The company Belka Games collaborates with me fractionally when their HR team needs help with finding candidates onto the "hard to close" positions. I successfully worked on the positions related to Marketing and Big Data / Analytics.

The company launched a new game that beat the market and grew fast. Iе needed external recruitment help with finding Marketing talent to grow its Marketing team - 1 internal HR Manager couldn't handle all the open roles by herself. So I helped with finding and hiring hard-to-fins professionals.

I found a PR & Partnerships Manager into a company that specializes in organizing and streaming Cybersport tournaments

Kambi - is a Swedish SaaS Tech company that has a B2B platform/solution for the international iGaming industry. I helped the company to find and hire 2 professionals to work on site. One was found in Sweden itself. Another - in Bulgaria and was ready to relocate to Sweden.

ICVR - is a US-based tech company that is focused on building solutions in the fields of VR/AR and developing mobile games. I hired 2 data-professionals into the company - Head of Data & Analytics and Data Analyst. Both of them worked remotely being based in Eastern Europe (Russia).
