Talent Management Lead
•Identify talent gaps and workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment plans. •Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, offering and hiring document preparation. •Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, including agencies, universities, and industry networks. •Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, providing them with the resourcesand support they need to succeed. •Work with the HR specialist to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies •Analyze employees’ turnover statistical data and reports •Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events •Handle employee exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the organization &sources of job dissatisfaction •Design and implement organizational development programs and initiatives to enhanceemployee engagement and performance. •Identify training and development needs and develop the annual training Plans. •Build and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge andSource for suitable training providers. •Support career development and succession planning initiatives to ensure the long-term growth and success of employees. •Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure •Create and update Organizational chart and structure according to the business needs. •Create and update the Job descriptions when needed. •Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee surveys. •Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. •Lead employer branding initiatives. •Design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. and the appropriate feedback, language and documentation they should use. •Arrange performance review meetings with the managers to discuss employee’s performance and identify the top successors. •Lead and mentor the HR specialist, providing direction, support, and chances for professional development through feedback, building growth plans, and documenting performance issues or concerns. •Perform other duties as assigned.
