- Partner with Hiring Managers and technology leaders to qualify requirements, understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies across Cloud, Platform, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, AI and Software Engineering. - Source and engage specialist active and passive candidates through direct search, headhunting, market mapping, professional networks and established candidate pools. - Provide market insight on candidate availability, contract rates and salary expectations while managing client relationships, recruitment strategy and candidate delivery independently. - Operating within account/portfolio development fully involved the full recruitment lifecycle process and 360 recruitment.

- Progressed through 4 promotions over 6.5 years from an IT Senior Delivery Consultant to Principal Consultant, Team Lead and Billing Recruitment Manager - Independently piloted permanent recruitment delivery for existing clients when no other consultant was covering perm roles. 6 months of sustained delivery led to Gazelle establishing a dedicated permanent recruitment division. - Built and managed a tech contract book from 10 live runners in 2015 to 35 live runners by 2021-year end. - Set a company record in 2019 for 5 placements within 24 hours in a single multi-seat brief, from initial screening, client interviews, confirmed offers and signed contracts. - Set the company’s monthly placements record for three consecutive years: 5 placements in 2017, 7 in 2018 and 8 in 2019.
