Focused on c-suite hiring for a UK-regulated foreign Bank.

As Head of HR for a UK-regulated challenger bank, I led on the recruitment of senior hires, up to c-suite level.

I recruited 10+ management consultants to support the growth plans of a rapidly expanding management consulting business. This included headhunting for specialist senior hires, as well as university recruitment.

As Head of Human Resources in this high-growth management consultancy business I developed an award-winning recruitment strategy, unlocking a pipeline of talent to meet the growing business needs during scale-up. I personally interviewed and assessed candidates, as well as managed talent attraction.

As an in-house recruiter in a fleet leasing business, I was responsible for hiring across a wide range of functions. I worked closely with managers on defining requirements, CV sourcing and designing the interview processes. I managed salary negotiations and the offer process.
