• Business Development and Recruitment Manager with 6+ years of management/lead experience in Corporate, and Staffing Agencies in the US Recruitment Industry
• Hands-on Management experience looking to broaden their horizon by working in an HR Generalist capacity.
• Have experience in working with the Direct Client and with the implementation Partners such as Equifax Inc., Boston Consulting Group, Keysight, AT&T, Fannie Mae, CSS, Cummins, United Airlines, American Express, HCL America, Accenture, JC Penney, L&T, Mind Tree, and Polaris on both full time/Contract I.T and Non-IT requirements.
• Exposure to account management and developing an effective relationship with clients.
• Hands-on experience with C2C/ W2 contract requirements.
• Good knowledge of US tax terms and Visa policies.
• Have experience using job portals (Monster, Career Builder, Tec fetch, Job Diva, Dice, Indeed and Ladders) to find the best match candidate.
• Experience to find resume, screening resume, interviewing people, verifying candidate details and shortlisting them.
• Good knowledge and understanding of technical requirements.
• Management: Prepares reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources.
