Eurofins Scientific through its subsidiaries is a world leader in food, environment, pharmaceutical and cosmetic product testing, discovery pharmacology, forensics, advanced material sciences, and in agroscience Contract Research services. My responsibility was to delivery technical staff (developers, designers, BAs, PMs) to Eurofins branches across the Europe. I was point of contact for cca 10 different stakeholders in 5 different verticals. I was mainly responsible for hard-to-fill roles. One of the example is MS Dynamics Business Analyst, which hasn´t been filled in past 12 months. When I took over, I´ve filled 3 headcounts within first 6 months.
