I worked with various PeopleStrata clients to fill their hard-to-find technical roles, interfacing directly with client hiring managers, Directors and C-suite technical staff to find the candidates who had the right mix of technical and soft skills to fill roles in a rapid manner.

In this role I was tasked with finding talent at various levels who possessed the proper balance of technical and soft skills to meet client needs. I also created innovative talent and training programs to meet aggressive budgeting goals for client projects that included reshoring, early career hiring and new technology implementation.
