Worked remotely with distributed teams from Canada, United States, Argentina, Romania and London. • Managed end-to-end recruitment for global openings across Events Management, Sales, Recruiting, Finance, and IT. • Sourced and attracted niche talent globally, leveraging strategic research and outreach to fill hard-to-find roles. • Partnered Hiring Managers and their teams to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and ensure high-quality hires worldwide. • Served as a staff member on-site at major technical conferences, including QCon New York (2018/2019), QCon London (2019/2020), and QCon San Francisco (2019), supporting logistics and team coordination. • Developed expertise in technical conference operations and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment.
