This is my own build my own adventure booklet, after years in Corporate Recruitment, we knew things could be better. TMS was created by experienced recruiters who saw first-hand the shortcomings of the European technology recruitment market. A noisy space too often dominated by outdated processes, transactional relationships, and unproven operators. We wanted to build something different: a recruitment partner that stands for Pride, Integrity & Ethics (PIE), delivering real value through expertise, transparency, and genuine collaboration. By understanding each client’s technical ecosystem, team culture and future roadmap, we help not only fill roles but also build high-performing, future-proof teams.

In this role I lead our companies Norway Team, developing new accounts, client relationships and building a team internally to support our clients ambitions. This grew from a single person function to 15+ over a course of 5 years. (the 150+ is my own personal placement numbers not including people who placed with my clients) I personally positioned myself as two things: - Career Coach & Advisor who also provided CV writing Services for Free if we collaborated together. - Recruitment Strategist for Companies
