Grew company from 65-120 employees in a little over a year Successfully led the implementation of Lavu’s first applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) and Lavu’s first online onboarding process (Paychex). Successfully built out an onboarding program that includes preparing swag, welcome binders, welcome signs and conducting new employee orientation. Built out recruiting manual with Lavu best practices for screening resumes, interviewing, integrating with ATS, and managing placements.
