I came to Nimbus with the mandate to create, scale, and lead their entire talent acquisition strategy. Following a transfer of services, I'm now a permanent member of staff and the Talent Acquisition Manager for the business. Whilst under my leadership and guidance, the TA Team have exceeded hiring targets by developing and executing high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple channels. Streamlined the recruitment process, resulting in a considerable reduction in time-to-hire, improving candidate experience and operational efficiency. Successfully implemented a new applicant tracking system (ATS), enhancing data accuracy, improving efficiency, and providing valuable insights into recruitment trends. Built and maintained strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, fostering a collaborative and successful hiring environment. Actively participated in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice, attracting top talent and increasing candidate engagement.

Following loveholidays' successful Series funding round, I was brought in with a clear mandate: to innovate, integrate, and scale a Talent Acquisition department where none previously existed. I started by establishing the core framework, which included creating consistent, fair interview processes and connecting hiring managers directly to the recruitment lifecycle. This involved training hiring managers in effective interview techniques, and personally screening and coaching applicants through the entire process. Crucially, I also audited the company's Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), implementing significant changes to establish loveholidays as the most desirable scale-up in the market.
